William Case CF is the Founder and Chief Executive of Your Support Matters CIC. He has extensive professional experience in social care, disability rights, advocacy, person-centred planning and inclusive practice.

Through YSM, William works alongside disabled people, families, personal assistants, professionals and organisations to promote greater choice, control and independence. His work includes training, community advocacy, policy development, research and partnership working across health, social care and education.

William’s professional approach is informed by his lived experience as a disabled person. After receiving support from a community advocate in 2009, he completed the internationally recognised Partners in Policymaking leadership programme.

In 2011, William became the first person in the UK with cerebral palsy to receive a Winston Churchill Fellowship, enabling him to study disability best practice in the United States and Canada.

William established YSM in 2017 and is also a Board Member of the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi). His work continues to be guided by the belief that everyone has the right to be heard and to have genuine choice and control over their life.
